1. Finality of Subscriptions
By subscribing to Inplex.ai services, you acknowledge and agree that **all subscription sales are final**. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our service and pricing structure.
- • **No Refunds:** We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, whether for partial or full subscription periods.
- • **No Credits:** No credits will be issued for unused portions of your subscription or for any reason once a subscription has been activated.
- • **No Transfers:** Subscriptions and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual or entity.
2. User Responsibility for Cancellation
It is **100% the sole responsibility of the user** to manage and cancel their subscription directly through their Inplex.ai account portal.
- • You are responsible for ensuring your account is canceled prior to your next billing cycle if you wish to avoid future charges.
- • Failure to cancel your subscription will result in continued billing, and no refunds or credits will be provided for charges incurred due to uncancelled subscriptions.
3. Limitations of Customer Service
For security and operational reasons, our customer service department has **no ability to cancel accounts, provide credits, or issue refunds**.
- • Our support team does not have access to individual account billing information or the functionality to initiate cancellations on your behalf.
- • This measure is in place to protect your account security and privacy.
- • All subscription management, including cancellation, must be performed by the account holder through the designated self-service portal.
