7. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of personal information, account data, uploaded content, and connected publishing credentials by contacting us at info@inplex.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Inplex account so we can verify and process the request.
For Meta-connected Facebook, Instagram, or Threads accounts, Inplex also provides a Meta data deletion callback at /api/meta/data-deletion. When Meta sends a verified signed deletion request, Inplex disconnects matching Meta publishing integrations where possible and returns a confirmation code and status URL.
8. Pinterest API and Pinterest-Derived Data
Inplex uses the Pinterest API only when you choose to connect a Pinterest account. Through the Pinterest API, Inplex may receive Pinterest account and profile identifiers, board names and identifiers, and authorization data needed to let you choose a publishing destination and publish Pins you authorize.
Inplex.ai is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or operated by Pinterest.
When you disconnect Pinterest in Inplex Publishing Settings, Inplex immediately stops using that connection and deletes the stored Pinterest OAuth access and refresh tokens and the cached Pinterest account, profile, board-list, and selected-board data associated with the integration. Disconnecting Inplex does not delete Pins already published to Pinterest; you can manage or delete those Pins through Pinterest.
Inplex may retain limited non-content operational records, such as publication timestamps, delivery status, and provider reference identifiers, only as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business records. These records are deleted in accordance with Section 5, and you may request their deletion under Section 7.
Inplex does not sell, license, resell, rent, redistribute, or otherwise provide Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties. Service providers that host or secure Inplex may process such data only on our behalf and subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities and to provide personalized experiences. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
10. Third-Party Services
