By accessing and using the Inplex.ai platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Inplex.ai provides an automated Search Engine Visibility Platform specifically designed for real estate professionals. Our service processes market data to engineer marketing content, blog posts, and social media updates tailored to specific audiences and platforms (BoldTrail, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service:
- To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- To transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or computer systems.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
The content generated by our AI service is provided to you for your professional use. While we utilize verified data sources, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable real estate advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Inplex.ai retains ownership of the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform methodology.
6. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Automatic Upgrades & Scaling If you add more target locations than your current plan permits, your account will automatically upgrade to the next tier. By adding these extra cities, you expressly authorize the immediate rate increase to cover the additional data. Please count your active cities before adding new ones. It is the sole responsibility of the account holder to monitor their usage count to prevent unintended billing upgrades.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing cycle, and any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Inplex.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
